Special #27

Ha! TGIF! It is time for our special of the week, and this time we have a wonderful two-fer thanks to our own babalon who has lovingly and carefully constructed an excellent copy of a scifi classic for us. First however is my own selection, one of my newest read, and newest favorite zombie books. This one does it right, there are no loopholes, everything is thought out, and the disease and course of it's passage through our population is painstakingly done through the precepts of modern virology. If I were to write a zombie book, I would want it to be this one, it is that good!

Next we have an excellent copy of one of the most beloved scifi stories ever, with both the book and the movie capturing the hearts and minds of a generation of scifi fans, Logan's run definitely fits in the 'classics' of scifi catagory. Here we have all three books of the trilogy as they were released in the omnibus release, 'LOGAN: A TRILOGY'. The story of a post apocalyptic world, and the totalitarian 'dome' city that technologically advanced survivors had retreated to is one that fired the imagination that was raised on 'duck-and-cover' drills in school.

    It seems almost impossible to get a truly 'good' copy of Logan's run, so thanks for this one babalon!

    Feed is a truly excellent work of zombie fiction!

    I agree Bethany! I’ve been looking for a good reading copy of Logan’s Run for a few years now and could never find one in electronic format. The whole trilogy? Wow! Kudos to Babylon for getting this in the mix!
