Special #30

It is that special TGIF time of the week when we offer weekend reading to those of insatiable appetites. We have two offerings this week, our second will be a series from an author sent to us by our own babalon. But first, I will post one of those classic books made better. This one truly is too, it is the most special, magical, and wonderful re-write of a classic yet. You will find it to be worthy of sending to the top of your TBR list, I promise you, it is that good. It is fully illustrated, so scroll through it and look at the images, if they don't tease you into reading it, nothing will.

Yep these baby's have it all, and Lyn Hamilton delivers the goods with a series that is begging to be read one after the other.

    Having done a very quick run-through of: Ben H Winters - Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters, with it's illustrations - if you miss reading this one, you deserve to cry if you miss out on it. The hostess has provided one of those rare gems that you shouldn't miss.
