Beth's Favorites #15
It is Wednesday, time for one of my favorite books! Sorry here guys, this one is for the gals mostly, it is my all-time favorite, number one, and I've read thousand of them, best romance ever! Yep, that's right, it is a romance, but despite the title it is not a simple boy meets girl, girl falls for guy, couple live happily ever after book, oh no. In this one the protagonist is a girl who is psychic, and when she starts to experience the killing moments from within the mind of the serial killer, (incredibly well envisioned and chilling scenes written for that) she turns to the police and tells them what she sees. The detective in charge of the task force trying to stop the killer is a hard-boiled city cop that doesn't have time for this 'psychic' nonsense but soon becomes too involved as she provides way too accurate information that helps them close in on the killer. He also becomes involved with her as he sees what it is doing to her to have to be in the mind of the killer during his killings. You will cry, you will feel joy, fear, and thrills as you read this fast paced book about love and death.

ReplyDeleteThank's, Beth! :-) I'll get you a real request ASAP. The water in the phone line is flapping my net connection today. At least it's not as bad as it used to be since they "repaired" the DSL. LOL :-)
ReplyDelete.. and lil' babbie does a soft-shoe shuffle off the screen: "Exit, stage right ..." ;-) :-)
